Dragon 1/35 StuG IV (early)

Well, I guess I will be the first one to start. Will be building StuG IV w/zimmerit (Dragon #6576). I only wonder how badly Dragon messed up their instructions this time

Slowly started with the built. Not much free time to really dive into it right now, but... one step at a time.
Started on the drive train and all the wheels. I usually glue them together while they still on the sprue - much easier to align them and make sure that they are not crooked.

The build continues. So far everything is pretty much OOB. Can't really put too much effort in weld beads - have to take zimmerit into consideration. The good reference is a must. like always, dragon offers several versions of details, but doesn't explain which one to use for which occasion.
The next step - chains, suspensions and the engine deck.
