What Tank is it? Help

So I was photographed in picture of this Tank in UK, somewhere between Southampton and Bournemouth. It was in 2006 maybee.. and I cant find any information about the model of this vehicle. and I have only theese pictures. So maybe anyone knows more about this exact tank and can help me with information about it?

I may be wrong (Not an expert in modern armor.), but I think it is the Chieftain.

Thank you for help, yes it is Chieftain, I couldnt find it because was confused by that side track cover... on this tank in picture its missing
